potter 6: some gleanings

Some innocuous things that struck me while reading HBP, with no heads or consequence as to what they mean or might point to:

1. Lily is excellent at potions.

2. Snape teaches Potions.

3. Voldemort asks to teach DADA when Dumbledore is the new Hogwarts Principal.

4. Snape hankers to teach DADA with Dumbledore still residing as Principal.

5. Dumbledore has never been able to keep a DADA professor for more than 1 year after he rejects Voldemort's desire for the post.

Am still digesting and having fun with it before the End comes...
